Returns

All our products allow refunds. The way of doing a return is very easy. You have a maximum period of 30 days to send to us the products from the moment you receive the order.

To approve the return, we will check that the garment(s) is (are) in perfect condition, in the original box, without use or traces of use, without washing and with the labels. To make the process easier, enter the same invoice you received in the box.

You have the following three options to make a return:

Option 1 - Request the pickup

Cost - 5 €.
Printer - No

Go to our returns portal by clicking here. Normally the courier will pass within the next 24 working hours, so it is important that you have the package ready when you request the collection. You don't need a printer or a printed label, but do insert the invoice you received inside the box to facilitate the return process. It is important that you contact us if after 24 working hours the collection has not been made, to claim it from the courier company.

From the time the courier picks up the items until they arrive at our warehouse, it usually takes 48/72 working hours if there are no incidents. In the event that the transport company has passed and you do not have the return ready to deliver it, €3 will be charged for each failed collection attempt, destined for the transport company.

With this option, it is not possible for us to schedule a specific pick-up time, in the event that you cannot be at the delivery address within 24 hours of the request, we recommend sending with option 2 (delivery at the Correos), or send it on your own with a transport agency (option 3).

Option 2 - Deliver to Correos office with a Cho Atelier label

Cost - 5 euro
Printer - Yes

For this option you need a printer to print the label and then request the collection in our returns portal by clicking here. Print the shipping label generated by our returns platform and take the package to the nearest Post Office.

From the time you deposit the items at Correos until they arrive at our warehouse, it can take between 3-6 business days if there are no incidents.

Option 3 - Send the articles on your own

Cost - Assumed by the client.

If you choose this option, the expenses and the shipping method are at your own expense. You have to send the products to be returned (we recommend certified or with acknowledgment of receipt) to our warehouse at the following address:

Shipping at your own expense does not exempt you from complying with the return request period of 30 calendar days from when you receive the order.

We are working to get the best conditions to make an order from Canary Islands. Meanwhile you can send us the productos on your own.

Please make sure all taxes and duties are covered when you ship your return. We only process those returns that arrive directly at our warehouse, without any type of customs paperwork or payment on our part.

Consult the Services Point closest to your address at the following link https://locator.dhl.com/.

We offer you a simple return through our partner DHL Parcel by delivering the package to one of its "Service Points". Request the return on our returns platform by clicking here.

Our platform will return a label that you will have to print and stick on the box. Locate the DHL Parcel service point closest to your address and deliver the box to it in the shortest possible time.

Option 2 - Shipping items on your own

Size changes

*Only for Spain and Balearic Islands.

Within a period of 7 calendar days from when you receive your order, you can make the size change easily, for orders delivered in mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands, in the following way that we explain (if there is no stock of the model at that time, contact in contact with us):

1) Choose the new size on the web and add it to the cart.

2) Once in the cart, enter the code "cambiodetalla" in the promotional code section, and in this way a discount of 100% of the amount of the item will be applied.

3) Once the code has been applied, place the order as a normal order, choosing the type of shipping you want: normal or express.

IMPORTANT: We will send you the new size and we will pick up the one you have in your possession, so when the courier delivers the new size you will necessarily pick up the one you have at home, remember to have it ready to deliver it, in its original closed box and with the bill inside.
